Confirm PAE or SEA before booking

Paine Field and Seattle–Tacoma International Airport are different pickup locations. Check the airport code on your flight confirmation rather than entering only “Seattle airport.” The Paine Field passenger terminal lists its address as 3300 100th Street SW, Everett, WA 98204. Send your actual flight number so the pickup can be planned for the correct airport and date.

Where should you meet your driver at Paine Field?

Follow the meeting instructions supplied with your reservation. Paine Field’s official pickup guidance allows brief stops at the terminal curb and prohibits unattended vehicles there. Drivers waiting for arriving passengers should use the designated waiting area until the party is ready. Collect your luggage and let your driver know when everyone is ready to leave; do not assume a car can remain parked at the curb.

If you need an inside airport meet and greet, request it in advance. This is available upon request and may carry additional charges depending on the service requirements.

Plan the destination beyond the city name

• Mukilteo: If a ferry connection is involved, identify the terminal, which side of the crossing you need, and whether you are meeting as a walk-on passenger or requesting a vehicle crossing. Ask for any ferry-related costs to be confirmed in the quote.
• Lynnwood and Edmonds: Provide the hotel entrance or residential pickup address and list any extra stops. A single airport transfer and a trip with several pickups need different planning. Our Edmonds transportation page has more local trip guidance.
• Marysville and Tulalip: Include the exact property or venue, passenger count and luggage details. For a round trip, provide the return flight separately so both journeys can be quoted.

Airport waiting time and cancellation terms

Seaview Limo tracks arriving flights and does not charge for airline delays before landing. Domestic and international flight arrivals include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting from the actual landing time; chargeable waiting begins one hour after landing. Confirm your flight number and pickup instructions with your reservation.

Complimentary cancellation is available up to three hours before the scheduled pickup for Sedan and SUV reservations, and up to 24 hours before pickup for Sprinter reservations. Does my hotel provide an airport shuttle?
